Cooling Tunnel

As the Bread is baked, it needs to be cooled down before Slicing.

Natural Cooling is long and lengthy Process, so a cooling tunnel is deployed where bread cooling trolleys loaded with Baked loaves is fed into the tunnel and Forced Cooling with the help of Industrial air washer is done.

The Tunnel is Complete Puff panel made to maintain the temperature and faster cooling.
The process is hygienic and reduces time and effort.
